When I see this tool I can't help but think of all the things I cut with a cheapo plastic-handled coping saw from the hardware store.

I've never really liked using coping saws. But maybe I would if I owned one of the $150 or $200 models Adam Savage shows in the video below. It wouldn't matter which one – laser-cut aluminum or water-cut titanium would be equally fine with me. And if that didn't do the trick, I could always replace the original beech handle with an $85 after-market cocobolo grip.

All kidding aside – these are awesome looking tools and it's hard not to want one even though I have no use for it. It wouldn't be the first time I felt that way about a well-made tool.
