Milwaukee held its annual media event this month, picking up momentum from last year’s. With steady market growth of 20% a year over the course of the last several years, Milwaukee illustrated its commitment to developing its offerings for professional trades. The company has traditionally focused on the electrical, plumbing and mechanical trades. Milwaukee is continuing to expand and improve these tool categories, but it’s also building a stronger presence in carpentry and remodeling tools.
A continued shift towards a completely cordless jobsite was obvious, and the company did reveal its expansion into a brand new tool category for them (hint: it’s cordless).
