According to Reuters, Stanley Black & Decker (SB&D) agreed to sell its hardware and home improvement group to Spectrum Brands Holdings. SB&D’s home improvement group produces residential building hardware and plumbing fixtures. Among the brands that will change hands when the sale goes through are:

Pfister (plumbing fixtures)
